ABOUT CROWD LU Suffering a traffic accident resulting in hospitalization in his freshman year of college, Crowd Lu learned to play and write music on the guitar during while recovering from his injuries. Golden Melody recipient, producer Tiger Chung, was astonished by the creative output of Lu upon hearing his first recorded tracks. Proclaiming that Lu was a "music genius who was run over by a bus", that musically possessed an animal-like instinct and was creatively inspired by things in daily life that made him easily connectable to many, Lu soon became a rising star in the Mandopop market under the guidance and production skills of Chung. To date, Lu has helmed many accomplishments over his career, with numerous world tours and personal concerts that have exceeded 200,000 attendees, along with various Golden Melody and Golden Horse nominations and wins over the years. Aside from his music output, Lu has also ventured into the realm of film and television, nabbing several awards at the Golden Bell Awards, including Best New Actor and Best Actor, becoming an artist that truly lives up to a reputation of being multi-talented.
