Victor Wong was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on February 26, 1972. He is a Malaysian Chinese-born pop singer and actor. In 1995, he signed the Taiwan Rolling Stone Record and formed a singing group with Kwang Liang. He released his first album "Palm of the Palm" in Malaysia. In 2000, Muji was disbanded. On June 23, 2007, Pinguan held its first solo ticket concert in Beijing. On March 14, 2008, a concert was held on the Shanghai Grand Stage. On September 12, 2008, Pin Guan starred in the film "Desired to Love You" released nationwide. On February 18, 2009, a concert was held at Hong Hom Stadium in Hong Kong, and on July 18, 2009, a concert was held at Taipei International Conference Center. In June 2014, the new album "Always Always" was released after more than two years of submergence. On September 19, 2015, the album Ununderstandable Adults was released.
