Biography

Dreadhammer is a thrash metal band inspired by the ferocity and malice exhumed by thrash metal legends such as Overkill, Megadeth, Kreator, Sepultura and the technicality and showmanship of new age bands like Warbringer and Havok. This cutthroat approach to thrash metal coupled with NWOBHM influences from bands like Judas Priest, Motorhead, Raven makes for a really interesting blend of old school and new age which has contributed to their success in the underground metal circuit in Kolkata.
