Biography

Philadelphia-born Steve Glo embarked on his music journey as an event promoter in 2013, driven by his friend Sex Money Mitch's push to host his first EDM underground event. Giving him the name Global Bros due to him & his friends “global” presence, he would go on after to adopt the name GloNation & become popularly known as ‘Glo’. With venues ranging from houses to his own leased space in 2018, he organized over 200 events featuring national & international DJs such as Calcium, Infekt, Shiverz & more. However, the 2020 COVID pandemic halted any and all events, reigniting his passion for hip-hop & prompted him to begin writing music. Reflecting on his past conformity and lack of self-awareness, he aims to empower others to embrace & recognize their true selves and potential. After dedicating over two years to perfecting his craft, he is now eager to share his unique style of lyrically-driven trap music with the world!
