Mevon or “XplicitMevon” as he is professionally called, is a Music Producer, Sound Engineer & Song Writer based in Trinidad & Tobago. He produces a wide range of musical genres including; Soca, Parang, Dancehall & even Hip Hop. Mevon started his producing career back in 2010 where he founded his company and recording studio “Xplicit Entertainment”. In 2015, Mevon along with Mark Hardy, Yung Rudd & Jimmy October won the COTT Award for “Best Collaboration” for his Hip-Hop production “Iz A Trini”. Since then, Mevon has successfully transitioned into the world of Soca having collaborated with other major music producers in the game such as Kit Israel of AdvoKit Productions and has even produced songs for the likes of; Blaxx, Destra, Kerwin Du Bois, Skinny Fabulous, Nailah Blackman, Olatunji, Rome and many more. Mevon is definitely one to be on the lookout for in the near future.
