Biography
Diamond Field – “21st Century ‘80s Music” – Synthwave/Synth Pop/Electronic/Pop! Based in New York City, Diamond Field channels their favorite sounds of the ’80s into new music for the 21st Century. The debut self-titled Diamond Field album was released in 2021 and features vocals from Nina Luna, Matthew J. Ruys, Miriam Clancy, Nik Brinkman, Cody Carpenter, Becca Starr, Belinda Bradley, Chelsea Nenni, Kyle Brauch along with appearances from The Saxophone Warrior and Rodger Cunningham. Since 2014 Diamond Field has released four "maxi-singles" – 'Neon Summer' (with Nina Yasmineh aka NINA LUNA), 'This City' (with Matthew Ruys), 'Closer' (with Rat Rios) and 'Won't Compromise' (with Bob Haro). All four singles feature 12" extended versions, instrumental version and remixes from the likes of Sunglasses Kid, Phantom Ride, Dream Fiend, Vincenzo Salvia, Von Hertzog, Furniteur, Saint-Samuel, Morgan Willis, VHS Dreams, Circuit Work, Le Flex and more. Diamond Field featured on Vehlinggo Presents "5 Years" ('Freedom Pass' with Dana Jean Phoenix) and Retro Promenade's "Next Peak" Twin Peaks tribute series. Remixes for other artists have included Roxi Drive, Junica, Phantom Ride, Von Hertzog, David Bridie, Bunny X and Matthew J. Ruys.
