Biography

Blurring the lines of genre & gender alike, luvseat is an experimental, transfeminine creative who has been an artist for over ten years- despite being only 18. She was born in Las Vegas in 2004 and is based in Seattle, but she's called many places home- including D.C, Orlando, & Philadelphia. During middle school, luvseat taught herself to play guitar & piano through YouTube tutorials. She also played clarinet in her school's band and began taking violin lessons during the summers. She spent lots of time exploring the rapidly growing SoundCloud scene, and cites her biggest inspiration as XXXTENTACION. Inspired by Ugly God, she began uploading "meme rap" tracks to SoundCloud in 2016, and began producing her own songs in 2018. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, luvseat hasn't broken her stride. As a result of her work ethic, versatility, & unique sound; she's cultivating an audience that is always growing- and proving that she's a force to be reckoned with.
