Biography

Guided by darkness and melancholy this band takes life late 2014 with the only purpose of go right into the core of the inner self, that place feared by ones, beloved by others, our true faces; Matalobos started when Eduardo (guitars) and Dante (vocals) decided to start a metal/dark oriented project, they made a couple of songs and got in touch with longtime friends and music colleagues, Clemente as drummer, and bass player Carlos de Anda. After first EP recording they asked Germán N. to join as guitarist and strings composer. Matalobos career is composed of two EPs (Matalobos, Until Time Has Lost All Meaning) and one album (Arte Macabro) to date. A second album released in December 2020 is OUT NOW entitled "The Grand Splendour of Death".
