    Shang Sang Typhoon (SST) is a wildly eclectic musical outfit. Tokyo based and led by a banjo player who goes by the name of Red Dragon, SST take the basic Okinawan sound and mix into it liberal doses of African drumming, reggae, Hawaiian guitar, and Latin American dance music.
