Biography El Maleante (Born Rogelio Roy Gorin May 24, 1973), is a Panamanian singer and songwriter of the Reggae / Reggaeton genre. Rogelio was born in Colón, Panama and moved to New York City at the age of eight with his parents. During his childhood in the United States, Rogelio lived on various US military bases with his parents who served in the United States Army.
