Biography
Since his debut in 2016 with the EP “Tuur Mang Welten”, which brought him to the attention of 7K!, Niklas Paschburg has managed to conquer critics and audiences thanks to an original compositional style, a mix of classical, ambient, pop and electronics which is its trademark today. After two widely praised albums, Oceanic (2018), inspired by the movement of the Baltic Sea, and Svalbard (2020), created in one of the world’s northernmost inhabited areas and more related to winter and dark, the German composer from Hamburg, now settled in Berlin, had to deal with the pandemic, but never lost the connection with music. Not only playing live whenever he could, but also collaborating with other artists, from Hania Rani to Robert Lippok, from Millie Turner to Ah! Kosmos, to remix and rework his own songs, and writing the whole soundtrack for the French film @presque “Presque” (“Beautiful Minds”), finally released in 2021. There is all this in his third album "Panta Rhei" (‘everything flows') (due for release in 2023)", a title that echoes the state of mind of those who know that in life everything always flows and sometimes it is wiser to simply let oneself be carried away by the current.
