Biography

Solemn Eye is a musical project, created by the electronic music producer Marco Macaluso in early 2016. 
 In 2016, he released 'AURA EP' on Atmosphere records, 2 deephouse tracks including the track 'AURA' in collaboration with the singer K.Zia. Shortly after, he signed 'Melodrama EP' on the Berlin based label 'STEYOYOKE' whose track 'Dusky Cloud' was supported by Sebastien Leger and 'DeepHouse London'. Several singles, remixes and collaborations followed. 
 Solemn Eye has performed on multiples Belgian and international stages. (Fuse Brussels, Destino Ibiza, ClubNL Amsterdam, Tomorrowland, Extrema Outdoor, ADE Festival,..). International tours let him to perform in India in 2017, as well as in the UK and Ireland in 2016 and 2017. Invited by Ibiza's famous radio "Ibiza Global Radio" for a Dj set and an interview. 
 In 2018, Marco decides to take a break with the stage to launch his own production company: 70HILLS Production, his label 70HILLS Music and a publishing company 70HILLS Publishing. But also to the composition, production and edition of Solemn Eye's first album entitled 'Between My Hills' with his 70HILLS team and in collaboration with singers K.Zia, JD Davis, Collin De Bruyne and Tyler Shamy, as well as the drummer and beatmaker Dylan Senna. Recorded, mixed and mastered at GreenHouse Studio Beaumont with sound engineer Jean Vanesse. This 1st production project labeled 70HILLS Music has received the support of the Federation Wallonie Bruxelles.
