Biography

Andrea Franz is a Mexican American artist from Southern California. In 2016 she moved to Mexico City to participate as the backing vocalist for León Larregui's Voluma Tour, and when the tour ended Andrea decided to stay in Mexico to focus on her solo project. She has since been based in Mexico City, is currently signed with Discos Panoram, playing shows, and has her own recording studio with her friends called Lucerna Records. Her sound is described as "Sad Pop Rock". Mostly melancholic themes paired with upbeat, happy melodies. Andrea released her first album, Wild Idea, in May of 2022 produced by Sergio Acosta from Zoé and Andrés Arzate. Andrea is currently working on her second album, and has already released the first single "Yo Perdí". Check it out now!
