2023: Celebrating 45th Anniversary as an Artiste, Composer, Lyricist, Vocal Stylist, Coach & judge for singing, talent and songwriting competitions. 
Fran is the Child Sponsorship Ambassador for World Vision Malaysia, the 18th year running. A strong advocate for Child Sponsorship to protect children and families in poverty. 
Known as "Ikon Perpaduan" (Unity Icon) and The Fundraising Queen 
 2022: Conferred the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) which carries the title of Dato’ in conjunction with the 63rd birthday of the Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah. 
 2020: BH33 Anugerah Pencapaian Sepanjang Hayat Bintang Popular (Lifetime Achievement Award) 
2019: Featured in “Winning Women 2019”, special edition of Malaysia's 100 Women of influence 
2017: Received “Malaysia’s Music Legend Award 2017” from Top 10 Asia’s Premier Publishers 
 2014: Bestowed "The Iron Lady Award" in recognition of her efforts and deeds for Women and Children in Malaysia, presented by the Ministry of Women, Family & Community Development and the Road Safety Marshal Club Malaysia. 
 2013: Given an award from the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia in recognition of her years in the music industry in Malaysia
