Biography

Mark Monteiro is a 17-year-old artist, originally from South Goa, but moved to the North at an early age. His style is particularly diverse as he dabbles in Indie Pop, Singer-Songwriter, Trap and Melodic Rap styles of music. He started his musical journey when he was just 14 when he started writing songs but not exposing them publicly yet. At age 15, he would start to release songs on Youtube, which have since been taken down. Learning a bit of production by himself and from other popular Goan artists, he released his first song Not Enough gaining quite a bit of success as his first release. He released his first singer-songwriter song a little time after in the form of Lost. His most popular releases would come with his collaborations with Bevvibez as they release the single The Time We Had which crossed 5000 streams very quickly. They would go on to collaborate together to create many more successful tracks such as Hold On Tight and Mixed Signals. Mark Monteiro has also done some features on songs like Blue Skies (Remix) with ChoZan One and Portal with yungk4teen and Bevvibez. He has also been featured on playlists like Fresh Finds India.
