Biography

Kyla Jade is a vocal powerhouse and accomplished songstress who writes and produces her own music. She captured the heart of the nation while competing on Team Blake on season 14 of The Voice on NBC. A favorite with both the judges and the public, Kyla landed herself in the final three. Equally comfortable performing live or working within the studio, Kyla has headlined her own Classical Jazz cover tour in Europe, headlined for BB King’s Memphis Blues live show, as well as having produced background vocals for the Grammy Awards, CMA Awards, BET Awards, Dove Awards, Stellar Awards and BET’s Celebration of Gospel. She has worked with artists as diverse as Billy F. Gibbons (from ZZ Top) to Carrie Underwood, who she sang alongside with at last year’s Stagecoach Festival. She has performed live at the ‘Capitol Fourth’ Independence Day celebration, as well as performing to a sold-out crowd during her first ever New York headline show at the Apollo Theater. After she released her first EP of Christmas music, Kyla performed during the finale of the Macy’s 71st Annual Great Tree Lighting, an iconic holiday tradition in Atlanta. In 2022, Kyla released a series of Christmas music, exclusively available on video. She recently completed an off-Broadway run of “The Wiz”, where she played two roles (Addaperle and Evilene). Kyla has been hard at work, putting the finishing touches on new music, which will be released throughout 2023.
