YouthQuake Worship is a worship band from Burlington, NC. Inspired by YouthQuake, the youth ministry at Trinity Worship Center, this new sound captures the heart and passion of the movement. Led by Jared Brown, YouthQuake Worship is comprised of students and artists from the YouthQuake family. Influenced by the indie-pop vibes of LANY and The 1975, YouthQuake Worship started to write fresh and innovative worship music in 2016. Their debut EP, Something New, was released in Fall 2017 after a successful crowdfunding campaign in their hometown. YouthQuake Worship is blazing new trails in worship music with a youthful innocence that is refreshing. The synth-laced features are in line with the current state of pop, yet an obvious respect to their older brothers’ crunchy guitars and mid-2000’s CD collection is evident. Oxford Dictionary named “youthquake” as the 2017 Word Of The Year, meaning “a significant cultural or social change arising from the actions or influence of young people.” YouthQuake has carried its name for 20 years, living from the same vision that the next generation will shape and shift culture for the glory of God.
