Biography
Perdurabo is the moniker of classically trained multi-instrumentalist, electronic music producer, and composer Davide Arneodo. Living between Berlin and Turin, Davide has worked both in the studio and live with some of the biggest names in electronic and rock music, including members of Apparat, Einstürzende Neubauten, and Placebo, playing and releasing records across the world. As a member of seminal Italian alt-rock band Marlene Kuntz, he contributed to the tremendous impact the band had on the Italian music scene, while as Perdurabo he released early singles and the collaborative EP ‘Komponent’, with Apparat’s drummer Jörg Wähner (Shramm), featuring Roman Rappak from Miro Shot and recorded at the iconic Funkhaus Studio in Berlin. During lockdown, he set up his own label and started releasing more music, including the collaborative record 'The Time Traveller', a remix call that got nearly 70 remixes from all over the globe, and new tunes like ‘The Answer’ and ’10 Pianos', piano-based compositions chosen by Nils Frahm for his official Piano Day playlist. On December 16th, 2022 Perdurabo announced a new single "Hopes", featuring Daudi Matsiko, Tom Adams, and Miro Shot on vocals. This song, produced with Gareth Jones and mastered by Matt Colton in London, opens a new chapter that will see the light in 2023. The second single "Dark Fire" feat. Echlo was released on April 7th.
