GWSN (Girls in the Park) is a K-pop girl group formed by The WAVE MUSIC. GWSN is composed of 7-member; Miya, Seoryoung, Minju, Lena, Anne, Seokyoung, Soso The group’s name, ‘GWSN (Girls in the Park)’, contains different meanings. ‘Park’ is the place where people can heal themselves and grow their dreams. Like this, GWSN’s aim is to heal people with their music, and they are also wishing to give hope and dream to people thru their music. Achieving remarkable results as their debut, ‘PARK IN THE NIGHT part one’ released on September 5th 2018. won the”Rookie of the Year” award for ‘2018 Seoul Best Success’ three weeks after their initial release. They followed up with the title track ‘Pinky Star’ from their second mini-album ‘PARK IN THE NIGHT part two’ released on March 13rd, 2019. On July 23rd 2019, they made a comeback with the title track ‘Red Sun(021)’ from their third mini-album ‘PARK IN THE NIGHT part three’, that became the number one candidate for a local music show and surpassed 20 million views of MV in just two weeks. GWSN released their fourth EP on April 28th 2020, and actively engaging their loyal K-pop fans (and Groo; their fandom name) both at home and abroad.
