Biography

Trent Herzman is a singer-songwriter from Oceanside, California who writes folk/rock concept albums. He writes songs to connect with people about living unabashed types of lifestyles through visceral and unflinching lyrics. Sometimes the songs are more direct and don't venture off too far from the grounded world we live in - but more often, his songs tend to push a more dream-like or dystopian-esque viewpoint covering subjects people tend to shy away from. Trent works closely with artist/producer Drew Lang (aka On a Phone) as well as producer/engineer James Page of Emerald Age Recording His first release, "Life in the Village" (2016) explored his life in Carlsbad, CA - from working an everyday job; to going on rampant drug binges to escape the encroaching negative feelings of mundane life. "Trip to Nowhere" (2019) is a hazy story of self-evaluation and grandiose adventures that may or may not just be imagined. Trent searches for the meaning of life...or at least attempts to find some. "Never Ending Bender" (2020) - coming soon! Associated Acts: On a Phone Drew Lang Aviator Stash Label: York House Records https://yorkhouserecords.bandcamp.com/
