Biography

The arena rock-band Royal Prospect was formed in Lomma, a small Swedish village - in the year of 2014, and participated that same year in the music competition Emergenza Festival which they won. ”Fire” became the first single which got stunning reviews by the British music blogg Record Of The Day and Swedish GAFFA, which also premiered the music video. During 2017 the follow up single ”Hearts” was released. ”Hearts” made it on to several prestigious Spotify playlists such as New Music Friday, Digster Hits, and managed a fifth place on the Swedish Viral 50 list. 
 The success enabled a booking at the Irish showcase festival Youbloom in Dublin. The band later got booked to the New York based showcase, Mondo. During early spring of 2018 the band headed to Canada to attend and play several showcases at Canadian Music Week. The fifth single ”Soldier” was released in September 2018 and made it on to numerous playlists on Spotify. Such as New Music Friday in both Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Iceland and Austria. Royal Prospect also played at the event MeConvention in Stockholm were they open up for the artist Usher. During October 2018 the band travelled to Japan to do a showcase at Tokyo International Music Market (TIMM). Ahead the future holds a debut album in 2019, and Royal Prospect will return to Japan and America, touring. They’re booked to play a show at Summerfest in Milwaukee, USA. They will be touring in Germany and visit some of Swedens biggest festivals.
