Biography

Radiophobic was founded on the !%#”$ of 2021 during the final curve of a global pandemic. A 4-Piece band made of completely different musical and personal backgrounds, it emerged as a new musical proposal for the Honduran indie-rock scene, with influences from post-punk to britpop, shoegaze, indie and even metal. Radiophobic took their first step with the energetic and forceful single "Pilot", followed very quickly by a second one with the name of "Every Kid", touching on themes related to abandonment and guilt, finishing with "Sleepwalk" which became the third and last single to be released before their debut album "Intervention", representing a bit of a comedown from the high energy of the previous songs. Intervention, an album about self-reflecting and the dispelling of fantasy, was released on the 25th of November with a total of 7 songs, delineating the foundation of their sound and kickstarting a hopefully long journey into the realm of music.
