Biography

Bils (Built in Lagos State) is an Afrorap/Afropop artist, born in Lagos, Nigeria. At the age of 12, Bils found his love for entertainment, influenced by Fela Kuti, 2Pac , Mystikal and Kanye West at 16, he began writing his own music and creating his own beats. He then moved to the United States to further his education. He has been nominated four times for the Nigerian Entertainment Award, performed at SXSW, opened up for most of the top African musical acts and has landed a song with international Afrobeat artist Olamide and Simi 
 In 2019, BILS released a 7-track EP titled 'Mans On The Move' which charted #1 on the iTunes US world charts. Featuring Boj .With a fusion of Afro beats, 808’s, soul lifting melodies and hard rap. 
 Bils has been on tour with Adekunle Gold and opened up for Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, Fireboy DML, Rema and more. By popular demand, Bils is currently set to go on his own tour this summer 2023.
