K.S. Rhoads is a songwriter, composer, and producer from Nashville, TN. Ranging from complex and grandiose to simple and intimate, Rhoads’ music draws on influences from folk, classical, cinematic pop and rock. With a vast artistic language, his music has been called “an exhibition in style, grace, and limitless possibilities.” (American Songwriter Magazine). His songs have been licensed in over a hundred movies and television shows (Transparent, Grey’s Anatomy, Pretty Little Liars, Reign, The Good Doctor), film trailers (Netflix “The Little Prince”, jOBS) and commercials (Apple, Coca-Cola, Levi’s, Expedia, Zillow and more). As a composer, K.S. has arranged orchestral music for numerous pop artists, scored animated series', and twice composed for, and performed with, The Nashville Symphony Orchestra. Rhoads’ arranged and scored his first Ballet, “Seven Deadly Sins”, which premiered in May 2017 at The Tennessee Performing Arts Center with The Nashville Ballet and The Nashville Symphony. K.S. creates an eclectic, emotive, and powerful sonic language through his blend of classic and modern music.
