Biography
Los Angeles R&B artist, Jasmine Jordan has released her first single in two years in anticipation of her upcoming EP this winter. The single, “Release,” was written after finding strength and acceptance in her relationship with anxiety. Jasmine Jordan moved to LA from Stockton, California in 2012 knowing less than a handful of people after graduating from college. After meeting her now producer, Andre de Santanna, she released her first single, “Time Travel” in 2014 and debut solo EP in 2015, which was accompanied by a West Coast Tour where she sold out her opening show at The Mint and helped set the tone for the next couple of years. Jasmine was given the opportunity to open for Grammy Nominated R&B singer, Joe (Joseph Lewis Thomas) at The Bob Hope Theater in Stockton, CA after releasing her second EP in 2016. From then until the end of 2018, she released a handful of singles before dedicating her time and energy to creating this upcoming EP, “innermission.” Jasmine has always had a style that is reminiscent of the joy felt from early ‘90s R&B, she spreads a message of positive self-love through a unique brand of soul music that's too infectious to ignore. With over 100K streams, two previous EP’s and numerous singles in her discography, Jasmine is returning to music with an EP and several visual pairings that breathe new life into contemporary R&B. Stay tuned for her newest project 'innermission.' coming December 4th.
