Biography

Fraser T. Smith is a multi-award winning, internationally acclaimed artist, producer, songwriter and musician. He has co-written, mixed and produced 7 Number One singles in the UK, 2 Billboard Number One singles in the US and contributed to 18 Number One albums. Having spent most of his career producing and songwriting for some of the biggest artists in the world (Adele, Dave, Stormzy) he released his own debut album, 12 Questions, in October 2020, under the moniker ‘Future Utopia’. In 2021 Fraser won the Ivor Novello Award for ‘Best Contemporary Song’ for Children Of The Internet, his collaboration with Dave, taken from 12 Questions. Future Utopia returned in January 2023 with We Were We Still Are, the lead single from his forthcoming EP of the same name, featuring the mesmerising spoken word artist, Kae Tempest. The second single, Your Love, featuring the ethereal, haunting vocal of Biig Piig, followed this in March 2023 with Future Utopia’s After Dark Remix of this track in April 2023. Also featured on the EP is Make It Home (May 2023) featuring LA based artist TOMI and This Time (June 2023) which sees Fraser taking centre stage showcasing his own distinctive vocals for the first time.
