Biography

Greetings. I'm a music writer from New York, music writing is my passion. Music tells a story that our imagination completes. John Cage said, "The material of music is sound and silence. Integrating these is composing." Leopold Stokowski famously said, “A painter paints pictures on canvas. But musicians paint their pictures on silence.” 2021 releases are 'Wonder' and 'Heart Sutra' both in collaboration with songwriter, musician, and singer Denise Glover; three solo classical guitar tracks 'Slowly Turning Your Head', 'Wisteria In July', and 'Wander Where They Will'; also in 2021 classical guitar duet 'Lapis Lazuli' in collaboration with guitarist Denis Turbide. 2022 releases are 'Waltz - This Present Moment' for solo piano and 'Love And Sorrow' for solo classical guitar. 2023 releases are 'Dance for Trinley' and 'Danza para Amigos y Enemigos' for solo classical guitar, 'Golden Eyes Waltz' and 'Buoyant' for solo piano, and in collaboration with Denise Glover, 'Bodhi' for voice and piano. Also upcoming for 2023 will be solo classical guitar track 'Joy Reel', with more releases to follow. My music crosses neo-classical, ambient, and post-rock genres using guitar, piano, voice, percussion, virtual instruments, and electronics.
