Biography

Melodic, energetic & anthemic - that's how we define the Zebra Libra sound. Our story began in the summer of 2018 when a group of friends banded together with one purpose: to make music they loved listening to while enjoying the fun of playing as a band. Inspired by the personal struggles & motivations of each member and by the bond of being in a like-minded group, we quickly started writing new material and recorded our first EP less than an year later. As we gained some buzz in the local and national scene, we toured all over the country playing in both small local shows and bigger festival venues. We began realizing that what started as a garage band could now turn into something bigger. Motivated by the experience of playing in front of hundreds of fans, we decided we wanted to make our sound bigger & better. Blending in some stadium Rock influences and more electronic elements, we started working with producer Vasco Ramos (Xande & More Than a Thousand). The result was very well received by our fans, with songs such as OBSESSED and LIVING AS I GO being quite sucessful. As we keep maturing and perfecting our music, we invite you to join us on this journey. 💛 If you are into the likes of The Killers, blink-182 and Basement you'll almost certainly enjoy the ride.
