Hey Presto, The Stangs are back! For years, the band have served as the main representatives of self-invented genre Dune Beat, a nod to The Hague’s sound of the 60s and the dunes that adorn the city. But Dune Beat is no monolith, and The Stangs are no strangers to change either. With an expanded sound and renewed perspective, the band emerges more introspective than ever. On upcoming single ‘Tuschinski’ their characteristic organ melodies and rattling guitar riffs meet lustily pensive crooning and synthesizers straight from the Space Age (it’s the sound of the future!). Sounds like your internal monologue on a dune stroll when you’re on the brink of losing sight of who you are.
