Biography

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Jared Marc grew up playing alt rock shows in small clubs along side artists like Twenty One Pilots, Walk The Moon, etc. Before kicking off his solo career in 2019, Jared toured with various artists and contributed to the music community by writing, producing, and mixing records across multiple genres. Growing up in a musical family, writing, recording, and touring was the norm. Jared has pictures of him as a baby in front of a Rupert Neve console in Nashville, TN. These early influences led him to studying classical and jazz at the Capital University’s Conservatory of Music. Jared recently re-turned to songwriting and producing after graduating with his bachelors in 2013 in a way to deconstruct all the idiomatic music he studied. Jared said, “I wanted to forget all the rules and just create.” Returning to his love for music from influences like: blink-182, Imagine Dragons, Fitz and the Tantrums, Kings of Leon, etc. Jared Marc is working hard to fuse the modern recording techniques with the nostalgic tube driven guitars and pop melodies in his new music, releasing in 2020.
