Selfi Yamma's achievements start to rocket in 2018 when she won two prestigious talent scout events, Liga Dandgut Indonesia season 1 and Dangdut Academy Asia season 4, in which she competed against other talented dangdut singers from Southeast Asia. Her most recent accomplishment was winning the AMI Award for Dangdut best female solo artist in 2022.
