Biography
Do you ever think of your path? Of where you started and where you’ve ended up? One day you’re just a kid riding your bike around the neighbourhood--and the next you’re working at your dad’s radio shop. You’ve been strumming the guitar, learning some Cat Stevens on your off time. After a couple years of singing other people’s songs, you’ve finally got the courage to try writing something yourself. There are so many exciting things in the world that you’re doing and discovering. You’ve moved out of the city, and started working on a farm - you’re learning how to grow crops, and in turn, how to grow yourself as a human being. You still have that guitar you had when you were younger. You’re still strumming away, but now you’ve got a handful of your own songs - stories you’re proud of, about family and love, and the growing life you feel around you. You start to play these songs for your friends at coffee shops and bars. Maybe you’ll make your own record one day. Maybe you’ll release it and tour the world. Maybe you’ll meet some friends along the way. Next thing you know you’re in Koln, Germany eating Doner after a great show, missing home, and also not missing home - excited to keep going, and looking forward to stopping. You made a couple records and have a couple more in the works - not a bad life, this music thing. It’s pretty far from biking around the neighbourhood. Pretty far from the radio shop and the farm. All the while, still strumming that guitar.
