Biography
Hailing from Boston, Devon Ausman (A.K.A. Hausman) has made a name for himself in the trance and progressive house scene since his debut EP in 2016. Taking influence from the sounds of deep, groovy house, melodic, uplifting trance, and dark, gritty techno, he aims to make music which blends genres in unexpected ways. His tracks feature heavy basslines with electro-house influences, immersive atmospheres, and most importantly, beautiful chords and melodies that will catch your ear. During his time studying at Berklee College of Music, Devon has released music on labels such as Silk Music, Enhanced Progressive, Ride Recordings, Elliptical Sun Recordings, Adrenalin Room, and Intricate Records. He has garnered support from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Myon, Cosmic Gate, Tritonal, Ferry Corsten, and many more. Looking into 2021, expect many more releases from Hausman and his signature sound. Soon to come: new label appearances, remixes, collaborations, originals, and mixes galore.
