Julio Alberto Morales Hurtado is one of the future promises of this genre. With only 23 years of age and a career that began recently, this singer, better known in the media as NORCI MORALES, not only improvises and sings but also composes his songs. His talent, simplicity, charisma, ability to improvise, and love for music, gave him one of the promises of urban music. At the age of 16, he began to improvise and perform songs in Manaure, Cesar, Colombia where he did not see music as something serious but did it as a hobby, but everything changed when the businessman Stidl Torres, founder and CEO of the record label Stidl Music Entertainment appeared and saw that, in different educational institutions in the department of Cesar, his followers were chanting his songs. This Bolivarense from the municipality of Magangué, who was dedicated to working in public transport (moto taxi) of Manaure Cesar and living from day to day, found in music not only a lifetime opportunity but a passion, which also inspired him to compose songs that today are heard in different scenarios of Colombia and the world. His first song was 'Tu Orgullo', but later he wrote 'Otra Noche'. Then, with more motivation, he released 'Nota Loca' and 'El Ganador', wherewith these songs he made his way to the big time, thanks to the fact that with more than 800 thousand monthly listeners and millions of plays on digital platforms he demonstrated the great reception that his songs have.
