Alif Satar & The Locos is a Malaysian band that hails from the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The band was formed in 2018 by multi-talented Malaysian singer/host/actor, Alif Satar, also commonly known as the Ironman of Malaysia. ASTL consists of members –Alif Satar on vocals, Faliq Auri on Saxophone, Tam Cobain on Guitar, Efry Arwis on Bass and Rajwan on Drums. The Locos (Faliq, Tam, Efry & Rajwan) are the most sought-after session musicians and Alif recruited them to form the ‘Super Band’ – Alif Satar & The Locos. The band has performed in numerous prestigious events around Malaysia and has toured internationally including in Singapore and United Kingdom in 2019. As one of the most prominent band in the Malaysian music industry, ASTL have produced numbers of recordings including 'I Want You To Love Me' and their first Raya themed song ‘Lagu Raya’. ASTL has also re-produced two releases titled 'Sesungguhnya2019' and 'Damba Cintamu' which they collaborated with one of the top Nasyid group in the world, Raihan and recently Anugerah Terindah won 3rd place on Anugerah Juara Lagu 37.
