Ryan McNulty’s delicate, confessional songwriting recalls an era of the classic singer/songwriter. Hailing from South London via rural Cornwall in the UK, his songs are laced with a fine mix of small town intimacy and big city despair. In a nod to honest songwriters like Elliott Smith and Conor Oberst, McNulty delivers a brand of indie folk that combines sincere, and often deeply personal lyricism, with careful acoustic arrangements. The EP Morning Always Came Too Soon was released in July 2017.
