Born in Boston, Donna grew up on the West Coast in the seaside town of Mar Vista. Her adopted father was an assistant animator and photographer who later became her manager and personal photographer. Her book “Pop Sixties” is an abbreviated autobiography and photo archive of her life through 1968 when she retired. Currently, Donna’s podcast “Love’s A Secret Weapon” can be heard on Spotify, Apple or wherever you get your podcasts. Donna played Susie on Batman starring Cesar Romero as the Joker, Princess Colette on The Monkees and represented Dr Pepper on billboards, magazines, radio, TV and film. She co-starred in five Beach Party films, most notably “Beach Blanket Bingo”. Shindig, ABC TV's #1 Rock 'n Roll show in the Sixties, is seen as the highlight of her career, performing with singing partner Bobby Sherman and sharing the stage with everyone from the Rolling Stones to James Brown. Donna Loren’s newest release “Love It Away” Dance Remix 2020 is an original song written by Donna and Remixed by Maurice Gainen.
