    Biography

    A daughter and niece of two founding members of the Tams, Tameka Cottle, also known as Tiny and Tameka Tiny Harris, found fame in the early '90s as a member of the R&B group Xscape. After three platinum-selling albums released during the decade, she and fellow group member Kandi Burruss co-wrote TLC's 1999 hit "No Scrubs" and won a Grammy -- in the category of Best R&B Song -- for their work. During the early 2000s, Xscape were dormant, but the group eventually reunited without Burruss. Later that decade, Cottle became a reality television star, beginning with the BET series Tiny and Toya. In 2010, she married rapper T.I., and she remained active with music as a driving force behind the OMG Girlz, a group that featured her daughter Zonnique. Tiny eventually made a full return as a recording artist in 2014 with the confrontational single "What the F@#k You Gon Do," released on her Pretty Hustle label. ~ Andy Kellman, Rovi
