Biography

The Third-Rates is a Ska band based out of St. Louis, MO with members all across the United States. In the summer of 2020, DIY Ska MySpace veterans Dillan Simpson (Guitar, Vocals) and Cory "Spazkid" (Trombone, Vocals) reconnected after over a decade since the creation of their first band "South Side Brisk". After one demo (Best of Me - Demo), a few members recruited off of Twitter and Reddit, and a few days of trying to think of a band name, The Third-Rates was born. With strong Ska-Punk roots coupled with hints of Indie Alternative influences. The Third-Rates want to bring the energy and fun through their music.
