Biography

Minority Of One is a hardcore punk band from Jerez & the Cádiz Bay area (Spain) formed in 2011 as a sided project of Truth Through Fight (2004-2014), a youth crew hardcore band that put out a bunch of records and made several American, European and Spanish tours. With the positive mental attitude and DIY ethic that defined their previous band, Minority Of One emerged with the intention of delivering a mix of Californian melodic punk rock and classic hardcore with lyrics about personal improvement and positive thinking, social issues, bodyboarding and Andalusian anarchist tradition. The band toured in 6 months almost 100 shows Europe and Latin America. In 2016, the band released "Never Quit" an album that was produced again by Pablo Magallanes and mixed and mastered by Stephen Egerton (Descendents/All) at Armstrong Studio in the U.S. In the next 2 years Minority Of One made some tours around Europe. In 2017, Minority Of One recorded 5 songs that were mixed and mastered at Ultramarinos Costa Brava studio by Santi and Víctor García. Those songs took part of "Present Tense" EP, launched 2019.
