Biography

Southeast London’s Mbrown is an R&B and afrobeat artist with a twist of soul. Incorporating elements of hip-hop and gospel, paired with smooth yearning vocals, Mbrown’s catchy sound belongs to the new wave of R&B artists unafraid to experiment with blurring genres and cultures. His organic musical finesse is reflective of his hugely creative upbringing, where his family of talented musicians, performers, producers and vocal coaches would encourage him to perform in church and school. Mbrown first realised he had something special to share through music when his first Soundcloud upload hit 11k streams in 2017. He’s currently working on his debut EP, set for release later this year. His debut single, ‘Priceless’, is out on August 28th.
