Biography
Riding high on the European blues scene for almost 20 years, Danny Bryant has carved a name for himself the old-fashioned way by having played over 3000 club and festival shows to his many fans around the world. Referred to as a „National Blues Treasure“ and hailed by Joe Bonamassa as a „fantastic guitarist, able to take a Stratocaster and really make it sing“, Danny is acknowledged by those in the business as one of the best. Following the success of his 2018 release "Revelation", Danny signed a brand new deal with german record label Jazzhaus Records, and in September 2019 released his first self-produced studio album "Means of Escape". In October of 2021 Danny released his highly anticipated and hotly tipped current album "The Rage To Survive". For this project, the guitarist assembled a truly stellar collection of world class personnel to help him craft an album that he has been „waiting his whole career to create“. And now, after a huge international tour, Danny is back in business with his upcoming album "Rise", engineered by Grammy Award winner Ian Dowling (Adele, KT Tunstall) and recorded at Lincolnshire's famed Chapel Studios. With "Rise", Danny delivers an album that remains true to his craft, offers an exciting mixture of blues, rock and singer-songwriter, but has opted for a more modern production, which makes the Brit sound fresher and more contemporary than ever.
