    Biography

    Morgoth was a Deah Metal band from Germany. Until 1998 the lineup consisted of the band members Carsten Otterbach (Guitar), Harry Busse (Guitar), Rüdiger Hennecke (Drums), Marc Grewe (Vocals) and Sebastian Swart (Bass). By then Morgoth had released the 2 EPs “Resurrection Absurd” and “The Eternal Fall”. followed by the full albums “Cursed”, “Odium” and “Feel Sorry For The Fanatic”. After a long hiatus the band reunited in 2011 with Marc Grewe on Vocals, Harry Busse on Guitar, Sebastian Swart on Guitar, Marc Reign on Drums and Sotirios Kelekidis on Bass. After separating from Marc Grewe in 2014, Morgoth released their last studio album Ungod featuring Karsten “Jagger” Jäger, also frontman in Disbelief. In 2018, Morgoth announced their final breakup.
