Biography

The name DYNAMITE speaks for itself, high-explosive rock n’ roll. A Swedish four-piece rock band formed in 2012 around the mutual passion for rock n’ roll, influenced by the great era of the 1970’s rock scene with a 21st century approach. Always playing like their lives depended on it, with a show that’s shooting sparks and leaving marks. DYNAMITE released their debut album Lock N Load in May 2013 and entered the Swedish hard rock charts at #7. The title track video made headlines in Swedens biggest newspapers when the band got chased by the police force for staging a bank robbery in the video, the reviews claimed that ”The hit density of this album is truly remarkable” (Rock Hard Magazine) and ”The quality of this debut is surprisingly high and even, just like the charm in their performance” (Sweden Rock Magazine). Their second album Blackout Station was released only 12 months later and followed by tours supporting Bullet and Enforcer and sharing festival stages with bands like Europe and The Darkness. With more than 100 shows across Europe this young band is already becoming an experienced live act.
