Biography

Shard is a pop-rock band from Dnipro, formed in 2019. Already in April 2020, the guys release their debut EP of 3 songs - Коло (Kolo). The group felt its first serious success when in September 2021 they released the album Розрулимо (Rozrulymo), and the video for the song Казки (Kazky) gained more than 50 thousand views on YouTube. The song itself got into the editorial playlists from Spotify ("Ukrainian Rock" and "Music of Ukraine"). Shard does not forget to experiment, in January 2022 they released a remix for their song Дзеркало (Church Remix) (Dzerkalo). The best result at the moment is the release of the single Світло (Light) which in a month received the results of streams that Kazky collected for 9 months. A remix of this song Світло (Sharovaari remix) in the style of Future Bass is out now. Meantime the guys are working on the next two singles, accumulating songs for a new EP along the way. At the moment, Shard is actively involved in charity events, helping to raise money for the displaced and war victims, as well as for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The group has two video clips, rotations on radio stations in Ukraine, the USA and Canada (Ukrainian diaspora radio), multiple interviews for websites and TV channels, the song "Kazky" is played in Dnipro stores.
