Fruta Brutal's latest EP, "Madre Serpiente," showcases the band’s signature sound, blending indie rock pop with modern Latin American genres like reggaeton, as well as traditional sub-genres of South American folklore. Martín Better Longo, hailing from Ecuador and raised in the US, is the creative force behind the band. Fruta Brutal’s debut album, produced by Grammy Award-winning New Orleans-based producer, Mack Major, and Denver-based Neoma producer, Danny Pauta, is slated for a late 2023 release.
