Biography

The Boas are a 4-piece rock band from Hollywood, Fl, consisting of Kevin Blackburn (drums), Garrett Craig (bass), Cairo O’Toole (guitar/vocals), and Sergio Serrano (guitar). 
 The four Florida boys, whose coming-together was a matter of complete chance, met during early high school years and struck up an unmatched chemistry. While Garrett, Serge, and Kevin became friends in school, It was not until Cairo unwittingly came across a flyer for one of their bands seeking a guitarist that the Boas’ roots began to form. As the four boys proceeded to play shows in different groups with other members around South Florida, they quickly discovered that their musical synergy was best created within their square, especially as frontman Cairo O’Toole grew more advanced in songwriting. 
 Having suffered through a couple short years’ personal hiatus from the scene along with a global pandemic, The Boas are finally together and gunning for compensation. They’re serving up sounds of classic guitar-driven indie and rock staples from The Smiths and The Strokes to The Beatles and Led Zeppelin. Armed with a slew of rocking material on their backs, The Boas are out to make a lasting impression on a town near YOU!
