Biography

Under the guise of the first three letters of his name, Perth-based producer and songwriter Rhyan Lyndon-James creates music to let people into his head. His honest brand of sugary indie pop-rock explores thoughts of the happy kind, intrusive kind, and total lack thereof. RHY's debut EP ‘DUMB FUNK’, released July 2022, tackled themes of overthinking, overcommitting, underthinking and undercommitting, musically contrasted by a refreshing blend of colourful synths, funky guitars and bouncing rhythms.
