Les Tambours du Bronx is a French industrial percussion band that was born in 1987 in Varennes-Vauzelles, a small town in France. Les Tambours du Bronx is more than a group; it is a gathering force, where individualities without equal face each other, combine, unite, and confront each other. Over the years, Les Tambours du Bronx has performed all over the world, including the United States, Brazil, the Arab Emirates, China, Morocco, Tunisia, Hong Kong, Greece, Reunion, Djibouti, Egypt, Norway, Slovenia, Portugal, and the whole Europe. They have shared the stage with famous artists such as Jimmy Page and Robert Plant, KoRn, Johnny Halliday, Metallica, Sepultura, as well as a Symphonic Orchestra... The music is a collective production of gestures and fever, a choreography in which strength intensifies, the tempo is electrified, voices turn into shouts, all in a violently aesthetic cohesion. In 2018, the Tambours du Bronx released their first industrial metal album, Weapons of Mass Percussion, which was met with critical acclaim and extensive touring. The album marked a significant departure from their previous work, as they incorporated drums and guitars to create a powerful and dynamic sound. With the upcoming release of their second metal album, Evilution, the band continue to push the boundaries of musical experimentation and creativity. Their unique blend of traditional percussive instruments and modern heavy metal is sure to captivate audiences around the world.
