Including being a member of CCM powerhouse group FFH, Michael also garnered awards for CCM Songwriter of the Year, Dove Award Song of the Year, ASCAP Top Song of the Year, multiple chart topping songs in several genres and was recently recognized as one of the Top Christian Songwriters of the 2000's. Michael has also been the worship pastor at his church, Kairos, in Nashville, TN for 15 years.
